Our Two Candidates for Prime Minister in an English Hell

So Boris Johnson is finally leaving the dystopian hell he made a reality although it seems he still wants to continue according to some media reports. I am sure all the terms of the contract he signed with Mephistopheles have now been fulfilled. One feels that even Mephisto had tired of Johnson. It is time for another Tory Faust to push through the social and economic Apocalypse in England.

I would suggest it's a good time for anyone in political power to find an exit strategy and make their excuses to Mephisto as the collapse of Britain is now in full swing after Britain's now painfully obvious economic and social suicide caused by Brexit. Whoever takes over the reins of power be it Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss will have an impossible job to revive the economy and sustain any growth in the future. The Premiership of Britain is now a poisoned chalice.

The decision to choose the next ‘wartime’ Premier — and that is pretty much what the nation faces in a world of catastrophic climate change, existential threat, rising inflation, decreasing wages in real terms, and the economic fallout from Brexit giving our economy no way out or compensatory boost — is to be made by 160,000 members of the Conservative Party. Absolutely ridiculous.

Then add that in October domestic fuel bills are set to rise again to their highest levels ever and England is heading fast towards social fracturing and collapse of the fifth richest nation in the world.

This country faces unprecedented challenges some of them self-inflicted and much of it because we are a country whose infrastructure was never built to withstand multiple heatwaves and a population not used to a supply shortage of essentials such as water and electricity. Our railway lines built to withstand temperatures of 30 degrees centigrade on July…
