Ready For Whatever

There are people who have fixed mindset. They cannot adapt to circumstances, nor improve on their knowledge.

There are people who have growth mindset, they change as fast as change itself.

And there are few individuals who pretend to have fixed mindset, but in reality they have growth mindset. Perhaps they’re acting like that to attract more people who believe that they cannot change, in order to help them. Or to change them. Or just to get authority over them.

Speaking frankly, I don’t know the real reason, but what I do know is this, if only these “in-betweeners” behaved in a different manner, like the boys and girls do in the very old renaissance paintings (genuinely), they would’ve attracted visionary people too.

Unfortunately, most of them are not willing to act in a different manner. And so the only thing what visionaries can do is to care for them, support them, and be so generous to collaborate with them.

This is not a marketing love story, nor is this a sign to get liked. It’s a sort of confirmation, these individuals exist in my life and I’m sure in other people’s lives, as well…

Often, I wonder what would Bach say if he heard one of the contemporary pianists playing French Suite No 5 in G Major. Maybe he would’ve said the same thing.
