With the national lockdown, there are thousands of free websites offering video tutorials ranging from beginner to advanced, as well as routines tailored to plus sizes and to those with mobility issues. All you goto do is find one that works for you. If you into Yoga, well you know what to do then.

Ok we know we said no tv but in fact, you could actually make good use of this time to do some exercise other than standing up from the couch and fetching snacks from the kitchen. It appears that video games aren’t just for couch potatoes anymore.

Keeping sane at this time is really important and what better way to do this than by meditating. Believe it or not, but meditation could save your relationship with your wife and the kids cause being cooped up in the house for 21 days could drive you nuts.

Apps like Calm, Headspace and Samsung Health are some of the popular platforms out there that will help you find some peace of mind by increasing your breathing and helping you to focus and reflect on life. That’s if you could find a nice quiet place around the house, not to mention the fact that you’re trying to be the teacher, breadwinner and at-home-entertainment all at the same time.
